What wax do you use?
We use 100% natural soy wax for a clean, soft, long-lasting burn. All candles are poured into our signature borosilicate glass jars making them durable and resistant to high temperatures.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Since every Maqtub candle is handmade and made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if your item arrives damaged, we offer a replacement. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video at hello@shopmaqtub.com
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes may possible only within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot modify shipping details.
Do you take bulk or custom orders?
Yes, we do. Whether it’s for gifting, events, hampers, or corporate orders, we’re happy to create something special for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?
