We handcraft every Maqtub candle with care, so your order will be dispatched within 3–4 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on email.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary based on your pincode, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International shipping rates and timelines vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Custom duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, email us at hello@shopmaqtub.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Address changes cannot be made once the order is packed or dispatched.

Return to Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Incomplete address

  • Phone number not reachable

  • Customer unavailable

  • Parcel not accepted or not picked up

We can re-ship the order, but return shipping + re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Unclaimed or refused parcels are not eligible for refund.

While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or operational challenges. We appreciate your patience.
