Thank you for choosing Maqtub. Since all our candles are handmade and made-to-order, each piece is unique. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refunds
Maqtub does not offer refunds for any orders, under any circumstances.
We request customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Returns & Replacements for Damaged Items
We offer replacements only in cases where an item is damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a replacement:
You must:

Email us at hello@shopmaqtub.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the damaged item.

Provide a mandatory unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits. This is required to validate damage during transit.
Without the unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement.
All replacement requests will be reviewed by our team.
Approved replacements will be shipped at no extra cost.
We do not accept returns for reasons including:

Change of mind

Fragrance preference
-
Minor variations in shape, color or texture (as all items are handcrafted)

Natural frosting or texture changes in soy wax
3. Handmade Product Disclaimer
All Maqtub products are hand-poured and artisan-crafted.
Due to the nature of handmade items:

Slight variations in colour, design, finishing, or detailing are normal.

No two pieces are exactly alike.

Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
After 48 hours, we cannot cancel or modify the order as it moves into production.

5. Shipping Timelines
We dispatch all orders within 3–4 business days.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days

Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location at checkout before the order is placed.
6. International Shipping
We ship internationally.
Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Custom duties, taxes or import charges (if any) must be paid by the customer.
International orders are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or replacements except in cases of damage supported by an unboxing video.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to:

Wrong address entered

Failure to receive or pick up the parcel

Multiple delivery attempts failed
We can re-ship the order.
However, the customer must pay the return shipping + re-shipping charges.
Unclaimed parcels will not be refunded.

Soy wax may show natural frosting or texture changes. This does not affect performance.
